What We Do

If you have ever seen a dirty stream or river bank you know how important it is to keep them clean. These streams provide fresh drinking water to people every day, but when they get dirty people begin to question whether they are safe to drink from, which could lead to greater problems such as illnesses due to consumption of contaminated water.

The situation at hand is very serious; it is one where our rivers health have been and are being seriously affected. The news grows increasingly dire, and the data is unmistakable:

We need to take action now while there is still time for us to mitigate, and perhaps reverse, the damage done to these environments.

There needs to be greater awareness amongst parliamentarians, business leader, environmentalists and those who live around these rivers so that everyone can work together to make sure that they remain clean.

We cannot allow this conversation to be downplayed, denied, or delayed.

It’s time to act.
